Customers in the UK and US may return products within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers purchasing directly from Innova NanoJet Technologies Ltd have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy

If your cancellation request is received within 14 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned product.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exclusions

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

Used or damaged items that are not faulty are not eligible for a refund.

Business or bulk orders may be subject to different cancellation terms.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
